How to get some Experience?

Although organizations do offer job opportunities for fresh civil engineers as junior engineers, trainee engineers, and paid internship programs without experience. But in most of the cases, you need to have experience of minimum 1-2 years handling construction work. The experience requirement is more for construction supervision jobs while for construction execution the experience requirement would be lesser.
